How it works
Four steps. No cliff edge.
You do not need to cancel the old host on day one. We keep both sides available until the new site is confirmed.
We restore and test
Files, databases, email accounts and SSL are restored to a staging location. We check the site, forms and mail before touching DNS.
You approve the move
You see the site working on a temporary URL. Once you are happy, we update DNS and keep the old account available during propagation.
We tidy up
SSL is issued, cron jobs and redirects are checked, and you get the cPanel login. Nothing is deleted until you are settled.
